Peaches and Scream by Susan Furlong

Let me say first and foremost, Susan Furlong outdid herself on this book. This book is fantastic. This book has a wonderful setting. Who doesn’t like a peach orchard and a murder all wrapped between cover to cover? That is a recipe for a fantastic story. It is very addictive. Once you start reading it is hard to put it down. Nola has to step in and try to keep her family orchard despite all of the small-town gossip spreading around Cays Mill. She digs through the pits to try to save her reputation. This story will leave the reader very satisfied and hungry for me especially when you reach the last paragraph in the last chapter. When I reached the last part of the book, I had a hunger for more. I’m excited to see what the revealing of the next book in the series has to foretell. I’m giving this book a 5 peachy stars for excellence. I would definitely recommend purchasing this book. You will not regret it!
